Friction Belt Feeder

Special system makes the feeding belt be adjusted individually and easily. Independent vibration motor system enhances the feeding quality. Feeding knife and flap on left and right can be adjusted up and down as one set which can shorten the changing time.

    Calibration Correction Device

This part just follows the folding machine technique with new calibration part. Keep one box side as the base and ensure the products in the same line when running.

  Tape Application

Sticking table use lengthen platform and deliver the products on conveyor belt. Equipped with the special mounting bracket and it is very convenient to adjust by the straight tracker.

Double Side Tape Control System

The screen can show all the information. This can make the parameter setting and operating more easily and conveniently. Position tracking uses optical fiber technology which makes it more precise and function stable.

  Option

Bottom vacuum system is optional for some special products. It is also convenient to add applicators （exclusive patent technology） that can stick double-sided tape on thinner board.
